Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your item and any options, such as colour, then add it to your basket and check out.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted, and we never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't been dispatched yet, usually yes. Email info.mitendistores@gmail.com or call 07359 997390 as soon as possible. Once dispatched, it can be returned under our returns policy instead.
Delivery
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £5.99, and free on orders over £50.
How long will delivery take?
Each product page shows its estimated delivery time, and you'll get tracking by email once your order is dispatched. Travelling soon? Check the estimate against your departure date before you order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to most countries. Delivery to Europe is £14.99; other countries are priced at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it's unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, wet bags, bibs and feeding accessories that have been used can't be returned unless they're faulty. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Who pays for return postage?
If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we do. For change-of-mind returns, you do.
Our products
Will this bag fit my airline's cabin allowance?
Every product page lists its dimensions. Allowances differ by airline and by fare, so check your booking before you fly.
Can I hang bags on my pushchair?
Only use hooks and organisers made for pushchairs, and stay within your pushchair maker's weight guidance. A heavy bag on the handle can tip a pushchair over.
Do you sell pushchairs or car seats?
Not at the moment. We sell travel bags and covers for them.
Your account and privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see past orders and save your address.
How do you use my information?
Only to process your order and, if you agree, to send you offers. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
