Q:Are you factory or trader?

A: We are a factory located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. While we also do the trading of some different goods that we have not machines and can’t make in my factory.

Q: What are main products of your factory?

A: Insole, tiny sports tool and foot care goods. But if the goods can be made by my machines, like fabric printing, logo printing, mouse pad, gel pad, motorbike seat cushion, cell phone cushion, anti-shock pad, socks, knee protector, elbow protector, etc.

Q: Do you do the customized products?

A: Yes. We do. We prefer making customized goods which make better profits. The first step is to confirm the design and its specifications and material used characteristics. And then further to develop the molds. The delivery time is about 2-3 weeks.

Q: What is the cost of molds?

A: It depends. While I can tell you until I see and analyze your design etc.

Q:Would you be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement so that I further decide to work with you ?

A: Yes. Of course. We would like to sign and keep our customers profits and secrets. Without customers permission, we never show customers design to public.
 
Q:How can I get some free samples? 
A: We are honored to offer you samples. It will be free if the sample total value less than 20USD.Otherwise, part of sample and full shipping cost should be paid by customer.
 
Q:Can i have my logo printed on the products and packing?
A: Totally acceptable, OEM service grown up for many years, thank you.
 
Q:What would the delivery time be?
A: Regularly 25-30 days after sample confirmed, ahead to 15-20 days if urgent, thank you.

Q:In an unlikely event that there is a faulty Insole from my order, what should I do? 
A: We have full healthy after-sales service system, if anything happened not match to the contract, we shall recheck and give a better service for customers, penalty or free replacement if necessary, thank you.

A: Our main markets are USA, Japan, Russia, Europe, Asia. 

Q:How to place an order?

A: There are two methods.

1.       You could find the product you want to order and click it and write the quantity you want order and submit to us, we will confirm the price, etc. Then after we confirm the order, we will give you commercial invoice and raise a trade assurance order you’re your payment.

2.       You could send us an email for products, quantity, etc, and we will send you commercial invoice for confirmation. After we confirm everything, we will raise a trade assurance order for your payment.
